In order to obtain satisfactory results, it is essential that communications sent to you be answered as soon as possible. It is also essential that your instructions be thorough and that they accurately represent your needs. We also must ask that all of your contact information be kept up to date. Finally, please make sure that the payment method you use is reliable. Failure to comply with these requests will have a negative effect on your ability to request any refunds or credits.
It is not standard policy to offer refunds on any paper that has been finished and delivered to a customer. One reason for this is that by the time a paper is completed, we have invested a significant number of man hours into that project, and we have no way of recouping this loss. In addition to this, most requests for refunds we receive at this point is due to the student's dissatisfaction with the evaluation they have received. Since we have no way of knowing what any instructor or committee desires, we can not take responsibility for their decisions. It is the responsibility of the customer to ultimately ensure that their documents are up to standards.

When Refunds are Issued
There are circumstances in which we will offer a full or partial refund. Here are these scenarios:
- Order Placement Errors
- When you place an order and something goes wrong on our end, we will be happy to provide a fair refund.
- Failure to complete an order
- If we are unable to complete an order for any reason, we will refund your order. The exception to this policy is if we are unable to complete an order due to the customer's actions. This includes failure to update contact information, failure to respond to requests for information, making changes to the order, and failure to upload any necessary materials.
- Cancellation of Orders
- We will provide pro-rated refunds or credits when a customer needs to cancel an order, provided that we receive notice in a reasonable amount of time. If you must cancel an order, please contact customer service immediately. They may be able to help resolve issues that are making the cancellation necessary. If not, they will help you submit the cancellation request, and they will calculate the amount of refund or credit that you are going to receive. Expect any refunds to take up to ten days to clear.
Pro-Rated Refunds
In the event that an order is canceled before work has begun, we will gladly issue a full refund or credit. However, because we must pay staff for all of the work they perform, other refunds will be pro-rated. Here is a basic description of our policies on pro-rating refunds, however these are subject to change at our discretion:
- Refunds of no less than 50% and no more than 75% if less than 50% of the time until the deadline date has lapsed.
- Refunds of no less than 10% and no more than 50% more time has passed.
- No refunds after the paper has been finished.
- Any Purchased Order Preferences are non-refundable as are inseparable from the initial product and service provided. The only exceptions are ‘Draft’, ‘1-page summary’ or ‘Originality report’ features, if they are not provided to the Customer in addition to the product.
Duplicate Orders
If you realize that an order has been placed twice, please inform us immediately so that we can cancel that order before it has been assigned. If the order has not been assigned to a writer, we will provide a full refund. If we are not informed of the error, and work begins on the assignment, we will only issue a partial refund or credit.
Inability to Locate a Suitable Writer
If we are unable to find an appropriate writer, we will provide a full refund along with an apology and a credit towards a future order. Rest assured knowing that this is an extremely rare occurrence. In addition to this, if we can't find a suitable writer to perform revisions, we will offer a partial refund or future discount.
Missing Deadlines
We are committed to getting your documents to you on or before the date that they are due. If we ever fail to do so, we will make things right by offering a pro-rated refund or store credit. The amount of this refund or credit will depend on the number of days in which we originally had to complete the paper, and the number of days we actually take to complete the paper. In the case of orders that are particularly complex or large, we will discuss the situation with the customer and come up with a fair refund amount. No refunds will be issued if the missed deadline is due to the customer's failure to answer requests or upload materials.
Changing Deadline Dates
We will do everything within our power to accommodate customers when a deadline date is moved up. However, this is not a situation where we will offer any kind of refund or credit if the new deadline is missed. Please consider all applicable factors when determining your paper's due date. This includes leaving time for revisions or making changes along the way. Please remember that we are happy to help you calculate the amount of time you should leave for the proper completion of your essay, revisions, and your own modifications. Remember that it is our goal to help you complete the best paper possible.
We care about your academic success. However, we are unable to predict the evaluation results that you will receive. In the case that you receive a negative evaluation, please send us the results that received. We may be able to give you a future discount.
Plagiarism Allegations
We take allegations of plagiarism very seriously. If you have been accused of plagiarism, you must send us evidence of that accusation. If our investigation indicates that the accusation is completely accurate, we will issue a one hundred percent refund. If the results of our investigation are inconclusive we may provide a partial credit. Please keep in mind that this offer is completely at our discretion. If the claim is that the paper is unoriginal, a credible plagiarism report is required (preferably “Turnitin.com”).
Revisions
If you are unsatisfied with your paper even after we have done revisions, we may assign the work to another writer. If you would like to complete the work yourself, we might offer a partial credit. However, that offer is at our discretion and depends on your submission of evidence that you have completed the work yourself.
